FAMILY NUTRITION COUNSELING
Are you ready to get the support you need to bring your family together through healthy food?
Family-based nutrition counseling involves meeting with a Registered Dietitian for monthly 50 minute sessions.
In the initial assessment, we will explore your concerns about your child or family. We need to learn as much as we can about your eating patterns to choose the best treatment plan for your family.
In each follow-up session, we will determine the strengths and weaknesses of the previous week. We will address any new concerns that have arisen since our last visit
Your children are welcome to come to the appointment if you believe this will be beneficial to them, but it is not required.

Ask any questions to the dietitian in between sessions (responds within 48 hours)
